This is not fast barbecue or shortcut cooking. Rub & Wood is being intentionally developed as a destination smokehouse—one that respects tradition, honors craft, and contributes to the revitalization of the city it calls home.


Every decision, from pit design to menu development to the guest experience, is guided by patience, process, and authenticity.
